  • Processing Period: Orders are handled within 0-1 business days (Monday to Friday). During peak seasons or unforeseen events, processing may take longer.
  • Delivery Timeframe: After dispatch, shipments generally arrive within 6-10 business days (Monday to Friday). Minor delays can occur due to external factors beyond our control.
  • Complimentary Shipping: All orders within the United States qualify for free delivery.

Order Processing and Shipment
When an order is received, a confirmation email will be sent, and processing begins immediately. Standard processing takes 0-1 business days (Monday to Friday), though times may extend during high-demand periods. After shipment, a tracking link will be emailed so you can monitor your package.

Once processed, the order is handed to the shipping carrier. Most deliveries reach customers within 6-10 business days (Monday to Friday), but actual times may vary depending on location and courier schedules.

All U.S. orders are shipped free of charge, with no minimum order required.

Delivery Delays
If your shipment has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2 business days and check your tracking link. If the package is still delayed, contact us with your order number, and we will assist promptly.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, reach out as soon as possible at support@rhodevibes.com. Cancellations are only possible before processing or shipment. Orders already dispatched can be returned after delivery according to our return policy.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, take a clear photo and send it to support@rhodevibes.com. We will arrange to send the correct item or a replacement promptly.
