Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at our support@rhodevibes.com. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned after delivery.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please take photos of the item and email them to us at support@rhodevibes.com. We will investigate and arrange for the correct item or a replacement.

What is the order cut-off time for same-day processing?

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted by 4:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

How long will it take to receive a refund after I return an item?
